Some keepsakes sit in a corner. This one throws color across the wall. Each suncatcher is painted by hand in stained glass from your own photograph, so the amber and gold pieces in the background are chosen to sit behind your pet’s coat rather than fight it.
Why Stained Glass Reads Differently from Print
A printed portrait shows a photograph. Stained glass reduces one to color and light: the lead lines cut the image into pieces, and daylight passing through picks up the warmth in the glass. That means the piece changes through the day — bright and sharp at midday, low and soft at dusk.
The border collie shown here was built from a single photograph: the face is set in warm amber, the outline in darker glass, and the name runs along the lower edge.

Getting the Artwork Right
This design works best from a transparent-background image with the subject centered, so the glass pieces land where you expect them. Send one clear photo and we will build the composition, confirm it with you, and only then cut the glass.
How Ordering Works
Production takes 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Ships in a protective flat package.
Specifications
Every piece is personalized to one animal. If your photograph needs adjusting before we cut or paint it, we will confirm the layout with you first — nothing goes into production until you approve it.
