Absolutely! For portrait products, you can upload your pet's photo during checkout or email it to us after ordering. We'll send a proof for your approval before final production.

All PODPAWS gifts are custom-made to order from your pet's photo, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds — except for product quality issues. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@podpaws.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll reship a free replacement (custom items are not refundable).

Yes! We ship across the U.S. and to most countries worldwide. U.S. orders typically arrive in 7–15 business days; international orders may take 15–25 days and duties/taxes can apply depending on the destination country.
