Welcome to PODPAWS. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website podpaws.com and purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
- These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of PODPAWS.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions stay in effect.
- Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
2. Account Registration
To place an order, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain confidentiality of your password and accept responsibility for activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and make purchases.
3. Products and Orders
3.1 Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. If a product is offered at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
3.2 Custom/Personalized Products
For personalized products (pet portraits, custom blankets, figurines, etc.):
- You are responsible for providing accurate customization details and high-quality photos
- The final product will closely approximate but may not exactly match digital previews due to production variations
- Personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly produced by us
- Production times vary by product type β see individual product pages for estimates
3.3 Order Acceptance and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We confirm order receipt via email. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable sales tax calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
3.4 Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including suspected fraud)
- Limit quantities purchased per customer
- Discontinue products without notice
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted
- You represent that payment methods used are yours and you’re authorized to use them
- Taxes are calculated at checkout based on shipping destination
- Coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated; one code per order
5. Shipping Policy
5.1 Processing Time
Standard products ship within 3β5 business days. Personalized/custom items require additional production time (typically 7β14 business days). See individual product listings for specific timelines.

5.3 Delivery Responsibility
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments. PODPAWS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Important: Due to the personalized nature of many products, our return policy differs from standard retail.
6.1 Non-Personalized Items
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached
- Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/wrong
- Refunds processed within 5β10 business days of receiving return
6.2 Personalized/Custom Products
- All sales final unless the item is defective or we made an error in production
- If defective: contact us within 14 days with photos; we’ll replace free of charge
- If production error on our part: full refund or replacement at no cost to you
- No returns/refunds for change of mind on custom items
6.3 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange replacement or full refund.
6.4 How to Initiate a Return
Email support@podpaws.com with your order number and reason. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on podpaws.com β including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, and software β is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
By uploading pet photos for personalization, you grant us a limited license to use those photos solely for producing your ordered product. We will never use your pet’s photo for marketing without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PODPAWS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
