Scott Chu
Founder & Creative Director
Scott founded PODPAWS after more than a decade in the global pet manufacturing industry, working across product development, supply chain, and brand strategy for makers serving pet families worldwide.
That experience revealed a gap: most personalized pet products were either mass-produced and impersonal, or beautifully crafted but impossible to scale. PODPAWS was created to combine artisan care with reliable global delivery.
Today, Scott works directly with our makers and customer team to ensure every keepsake reflects the bond it represents — personal, lasting, and made with intention.
