Our Story
Every Pet Deserves to Be
Remembered Forever
PODPAWS turns a photo of your companion into a keepsake you can hold — designed with care, made to order, and delivered to pet families in 30+ countries.
Meet the Founder
Scott Chu
Founder & Creative Director
Scott founded PODPAWS after more than a decade in the global pet manufacturing industry, working across product development, supply chain, and brand strategy for makers serving pet families worldwide.
That experience revealed a gap: most personalized pet products were either mass-produced and impersonal, or beautifully crafted but impossible to scale. PODPAWS was created to combine artisan care with reliable global delivery.
Today, Scott works directly with our makers and customer team to ensure every keepsake reflects the bond it represents — personal, lasting, and made with intention.
Our Craft
What We Make, and How It’s Made
Hand-Painted Glass
Stained-glass suncatchers and portrait pendants, painted by hand so a window in your home can hold a little of their light.
Ceramic & Slate
Glazed urns, keepsake dishes, and engraved garden stones — made to be displayed, touched, and lived with every day.
Needle-Felted Wool
One-of-a-kind wool figurines, sculpted strand by strand from your pet’s photo — our most detailed form of portraiture.
Resin, Leather & Light
Photorealistic 3D resin busts, leather keyrings with a window for a tuft of fur, and backlit frames that keep a photo glowing.
Our Mission
To help pet families celebrate, remember, and honor their beloved companions through beautifully crafted, personalized keepsakes — each one made with care, delivered with purpose, and designed to last as long as the memories they represent.

How It Works
1 · Share a Photo
Upload a favorite photo of your companion and tell us anything you want us to capture — a tilt of the head, a familiar pose.
2 · Approve Your Free Preview
We share a digital proof for your approval before anything is made — nothing moves forward until you love it.
3 · Crafted & Shipped
Your keepsake is made to order and shipped worldwide — $60 flat, with tracking from our studio to your door.
What Drives Us
The Values Behind Every Piece
Pet-First, Always
Every decision starts with one question: would this make a pet parent smile? We design from the heart because we are pet parents too.
Crafted to Order
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each keepsake begins the moment you approve your preview, made by artisans who treat it like it’s for their own family.
Same Price,
Every Day
No countdown timers, no “first-order” discounts. The price you see is the price everyone pays, all year — because trust shouldn’t expire.
