PODPAWS offers two families of keepsake:

• Personalized art keepsakes — stained-glass suncatchers (round and heart), a hand-sculpted resin portrait bust, dried-flower shadow boxes, backlit acrylic night-light frames, ceramic keepsake dishes, paw-print hair keyrings, and leather photo keychains.
• Memorial urns and ash keepsakes — full-size and miniature ceramic urns, a compact ceramic urn, a slate garden stone, and an urn keychain.

Every piece is made to order from your own photograph. Customization, photo, and measurement requirements vary by product, so please check the individual listing. Prices range from $39 to $1,699; the $1,699 wool portrait is a booking deposit, with the final total confirmed before crafting begins.

Each gift is made to order. Production takes 7–10 business days for most pieces; the needle-felted wool portrait takes about 21 days of crafting. U.S. delivery then typically takes 7–15 business days (2–4 weeks total from order); international delivery takes 15–25 days via FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, YunExpress, or SF International. You’ll get a tracking number by email once it ships.

Yes — we ship across the United States and to 30+ countries worldwide, including Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Czech Republic. Shipping uses our flat Global Standard $60 rate and is tracked & insured.

U.S. orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. International orders may also route through YunExpress and SF International.

Order by November 20 — worldwide, one date for everyone. The math: crafting takes 7–10 days, international shipping can take up to 25 days, and 35 days before December 25 is November 20. Peak-season carriers can run longer, so earlier is always safer. We do not offer expedited shipping: every piece is made to order, which is exactly what keeps quality consistent.

No sales tax is added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay. For international orders, import duties may be assessed by your local customs and are the recipient’s responsibility where applicable.

For the wool-felt figurine and ceramic urn, follow the product page to submit a pet photo. The matching necklace is customized through the sizing and options listed on its page. Check each listing for product-specific proof and approval steps.

JPG or PNG, at least 1000px on the longest side. Clear, well-lit photos of your pet’s face show the most personality.

Yes — we send a digital proof for most custom items before we craft, so you can request tweaks.

All PODPAWS gifts are custom-made to order from your pet’s photo, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind — except for product quality issues. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@podpaws.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll reship a free replacement — custom items are not refundable, so we resolve quality issues by replacement only.

All our products are made with pet-safe, non-toxic materials and gift-ready packaging. Keepsakes are decorative gifts, not pet toys.
