International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide:
- Canada: 7–14 days — $9.99 (free over $100)
- UK/EU: 10–18 days — $14.99 (free over $125)
- Australia/NZ: 10–21 days — $16.99 (free over $130)
- Other countries: 14–28 days — $19.99+
Note on customs/duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package via our carrier’s website. For personalized items with longer production times, we’ll send you updates at key production milestones.
Shipping Addresses
- Please provide complete, accurate addresses including apartment/suite numbers
- We cannot redirect packages once they’ve shipped
- If an address error causes non-delivery, you may be responsible for reshipping costs
- PO boxes accepted for US domestic shipments only
Packaging
All items come in premium PODPAWS branded packaging — perfect for gifting. Gift wrapping is available as an option at checkout ($4.99). We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
