Shipping & Delivery
Every PODPAWS gift is handcrafted to order from your pet’s photo and shipped straight to your door anywhere in the United States — and to pet lovers in 30+ countries worldwide. Here is exactly what to expect.
U.S. orders: Production takes 7–15 days, then tracked delivery within the continental U.S. typically arrives in 7–15 business days. Most orders land on your porch in 2–4 weeks from the day you order.

Taxes: No U.S. sales tax is added at checkout. For international orders, any import duties are assessed by the destination country’s customs and are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable — they are not included in the $60 rate.
Carriers
U.S. orders ship through trusted domestic and international networks including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. International orders may also route through YunExpress or SF International.
Order Processing
Because each gift is personalized, we need 7–15 days to create it before it ships. You’ll receive production updates and a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our workshop.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, we email a tracking number so you can follow your package. For custom items we also send milestone updates during production.
Shipping Addresses
- Enter your full U.S. mailing address including apartment, suite, or unit number (e.g., 123 Main St, Apt 4B, Springfield, IL 62701).
- PO Boxes are accepted for U.S. orders; a few oversized items may require a street address.
- We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped.
- If an address error causes non-delivery, reshipping costs may apply.
