Each gift is made to order. Production typically takes 7–10 business days depending on complexity, then shipping delivers in 7–15 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

Absolutely! For portrait products, you can upload your pet's photo during checkout or email it to us after ordering. We'll send a proof for your approval before final production.

All PODPAWS gifts are custom-made to order from your pet's photo, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds — except for product quality issues. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@podpaws.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll reship a free replacement (custom items are not refundable).

Yes! We ship across the U.S. and to most countries worldwide. U.S. orders typically arrive in 7–15 business days; international orders may take 15–25 days and duties/taxes can apply depending on the destination country.
